USDA Nutrient Database Reports for Antioxidant Nutrients and Phytonutrients (Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Beta-carotene, Lycopene, Lutein-Zeaxanthin, Selenium)

You can create a report which lists foods containing select Antioxidants and/or Phytonutrients. This USDA's National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference tool lets you use drop-down menus to select up to three nutrients at one time, as well as filter your results, and organize your list by food name (alphabetically) or by nutrient content.
