USDA Nutrient Lists -Reports by Nutrients

The Nutrient Data Laboratory has integrated their Nutrient Lists, previously available here as PDF reports, into their online search program. You can select up to three nutrients for your report from a long list of nutrients, including protein, fat, energy (calories) carbohydrate, fiber, sugar, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, cholesterol, fatty acids, various phytonutrients and antioxidants, and more.
