Creamy Veggie Dip

This twist on a typical onion dip is a heart healthy option made with low-fat or nonfat yogurt, can be a great way for you or your kids to get more veggies, and is super quick and easy to make!

1 can Greek yogurt (plain low-fat or non-fat)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon thyme (dried )
  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and seasonings. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more to let the flavors marinate. When ready to use, just stir and dip!

Preparing this the day before can create a more intense flavor.
